A concept album telling the story of a hero discovering their purpose to bring peace and systemic effectiveness to the war-torn and corrupt societies of their modern era. The story encounters many prophets, supporting characters, and ulterior storylines along the way which allow them to eventually tear the fabric of reality apart. The societies of their modern world operate in a way in which virtue is falsely defined as undeserving of holding power and influence within its systemic function. Therefore, the album and the story was enhanced by various influences throughout our sociological existence. To name a few; the abstract postmodern literature of David Foster Wallace influenced the storyline of the album to be more of a complex and abstract web of connect the dots and absurdism rather than precise linear progressions; the insightful social criticism of Aldous Huxley's Brave new world influenced Trenton Krzyzowski to not only create an interesting story but also a thorough analysis on the trajectory of our sociological existence; the fantastic storytelling troupes from J.R.R. Tolkien's famous Lord of the Rings 3 part Novel influenced the character development and the more linear aspects of the story's progression. Conceptually the album is laced with various takes on political theory influenced by the inherent injustice and economic ineffectiveness of late-stage capitalism; as well as the oppressive authoritarian regime that coincides with the unnecessary perpetuation of such an industry favoring system that disallows innovation and modernization to be the most important goal of humanities development in an era of humanity that is in desperate need for a platform that perpetuates modernization more effectively. Pushing the reader and the society in which they are involved to influence the development of a more effective economic system for an era desperate for expedited modernization, justice, and peace. As far as musical influences go, avant-garde music that's ethos is to challenge the status quo influenced the albums experimental and challenging aesthetic which seems to be clinging on to the status quo by but a thread of conformity. All of these influences as well as various others come together to create Trenton Krzyzowski's most research extensive, intuitive, focused, cerebral, and ambitious album yet. Therefore, the circumstances of the album not only represent deep and interesting storylines with various amounts of sociological criticism brewed up to question and challenge some of the greatest issues taunting the systemic existence of our modern era, but also a coming to age story of a young man finding confidence and self awareness with his purpose as a musician, poet and philosopher.
